  • You can sign up for a class through our website here, you will need to create an account and purchase a class pack or monthly membership in order to book your first class.

    Once you have created your account on our website, you can also book classes through Walla app which can be downloaded on your phone or tablet.

  • Yes! Absolutely, this is a new method, new form of movement to Hamilton so we expect just about everyone to be joining as a beginner. Our starting schedule will keep this in mind and we will grow our student community from the ground up.  

  • First-time clients must arrive 10 minutes before class to meet your instructor and familiarize themselves with the Minipro. If you miss this demo, you will not be permitted to take the class for safety reasons. 
    Returning clients should arrive 5 minutes before class starts to get comfortable as class starts right on time, we do not allow entry 5 minutes after class starts and doors will be locked.

  • Yes! Grip socks are mandatory for safety and hygiene reasons. If you do not have your own grip socks, we have them available for purchase at the studio for purchase.

  • Efficiency! Classes are 50 minutes working your full body every muscle will experience our signature slow & deep burn. 

    Effective AF- We've been around the block when it comes to movement and different fitness regimes and Lagree is the best core workout we've ever done.

    Mini-former Pro- This patent machinery has two platforms and transforms your body and mind when performing exercises within the Lagree method that is impactful for building strength but mindful of your joints. No matter what fitness level you are at, we promise you will always feel challenged on the Minipro.

    Lagree targets smaller stabilizing muscles that often don't get as much attention in traditional workouts. You might shake and burn- that's a good sign! It means your muscles are working to fatigue. You will experience soreness and feel muscles you didn't even know existed. It will take a few classes to start to feel like you know what you're doing because the method is a completely new language, but keep at it, the results will come quickly and you will find your newest obsession!

  • Pace offers a small group class, with 6 minipro you'll have lots of attention from our instructors which helps perfecting your form & alignment when learning Lagree.

  • No! Not at all, you will get stronger once you start.

    The beauty of Lagree is that it's fully modifiable and you will never plateau. The instructor will guide you through each movement and you can always adjust the intensity or range of motion to suit your current fitness level. You can start with simpler variations and gradually progress as you build strength and stamina. If you commit to this practice, you will transform your body and mind.

  • Before class begins, let your instructor know about any inquiries or concerns. Our instructors are trained to work with your abilities level and provide modifications to ensure a safe and effective workout.

  • Cancel 10 hours prior to the start of your booked class for a refund of your class credit. Late cancellation will result in a lost credit. Failure to cancel your class booking will result in a lost credit and extra charge, we are a small business with only 6 machines, late cancellations and no-show's take away from another student wanting to join.

    Changes to your reservation can be made by logging into your Pace Lagree account on  our website or Walla app.

  • Your membership doesn't follow the calendar, it starts when you do. Your billing cycle begins the day you take your first class. For example, if your first class is on December 20th, your cycle runs from December 20th to January 19th. You can find this info in your contract.
