Studio Policies:
Terms & Conditions

BOOKING POLICY

Classes at PACE LAGREE will be available to book on our website www.pacelagree.com or Walla App once you have created an account with us.

CHECKING IN

When you arrive at the studio, you must check in for class to ensure your spot is reserved. Please approach your instructor or receptionist so they know you are present. If this is your first time attending PACE LAGREE, please arrive at least five minutes early to receive an orientation of the Mini-Pro. If you arrive late, entry will not be permitted for first-time clients, as safety on the equipment is crucial, and the class credit will not be reimbursed. Returning clients are allowed a five-minute grace period. No entry will be permitted after five minutes from the scheduled class start time, and class credits will not be reimbursed. The front door will be locked five minutes after class begins. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to relax and prepare for class.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel yourself out of class via our website or Walla App up to ten hours before the class start time. We do not accept cancellations through direct messages on social media, and instructors should not be contacted to cancel a reservation. All cancellations must be completed through the website or Walla App. If you booked a class using a credit or a monthly membership and cancel outside the designated cancellation window, the class credit will be forfeited.

NO-SHOW POLICY

If you book a class using a class credit and do not attend, the credit will be forfeited and a $20 no-show fee will be charged. We are a small business, and no-shows prevent other clients from attending. Clients are expected to cancel their class even if it is last minute.

WAITLIST POLICY

Each client is responsible for monitoring their placement on the waitlist. If you are moved into a class from the waitlist, all late cancellation and no-show policies apply.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All class credits are final sale and non-refundable. Monthly memberships may be cancelled in accordance with the terms of the membership agreement; however, no prorated refunds will be issued. Clients are responsible for monitoring expiration dates and auto-renewal dates. Memberships may be cancelled via our website or by emailing info@pacelagree.com. All retail purchases made at PACE LAGREE are final sale.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS

By creating an account and purchasing a membership, you authorize PACE LAGREE to charge the debit or credit card on file on a recurring basis for monthly membership fees associated with your auto-debit plan. Charges will not exceed the amount outlined in your membership agreement and may include applicable cancellation fees in accordance with PACE LAGREE policies.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN CLASSES AT PACE LAGREE

PACE LAGREE offers Lagree fitness classes performed on the Miniformer. These classes require the use of spring tension and controlled movement to complete a full-body workout. Music used during classes may contain explicit language. Clients are responsible for listening to their bodies, moving at their own pace, staying hydrated, and informing instructors of any injuries or physical limitations. PACE LAGREE is not responsible for impairment resulting from participation.

STUDIO CONDUCT AND PROPERTY RESPONSIBILITY

PACE LAGREE is a shared public fitness space. By attending classes and using studio facilities, you agree to behave in a respectful, safe, and courteous manner toward instructors, staff, and other clients at all times. Disruptive, aggressive, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior, including harassment, intimidation, refusal to follow instructions, or conduct that compromises the safety or experience of others, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the studio, suspension, or termination of membership without refund. Clients agree to use all equipment, furnishings, and facilities responsibly. Any damage to PACE LAGREE property caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional acts may result in financial responsibility for repair or replacement to the fullest extent permitted by law. PACE LAGREE reserves the right to refuse service or revoke access in order to maintain a safe environment.

INSTRUCTOR DISCRETION AND CLASS MODIFICATION

PACE LAGREE instructors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to modify, limit, or discontinue any exercise, movement, or class activity, and to deny or terminate a client’s participation if the client appears to be at risk of injury, is not following instructions, or if participation is deemed unsafe. Such decisions are made in the interest of safety and do not entitle the client to a refund or class credit.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

PACE LAGREE is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property brought into the studio, including clothing, footwear, phones, wallets, jewelry, or other valuables. Clients are solely responsible for securing their belongings while on the premises.

FORCE MAJEURE

PACE LAGREE shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in providing services, including class cancellations or studio closures, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, severe weather, power outages, instructor illness, public health orders, government restrictions, or other emergencies. Refunds or credits in such circumstances are not guaranteed and will be handled at the sole discretion of PACE LAGREE.

WAIVER AND RELEASE

By visiting PACE LAGREE, registering for classes, attending sessions, or using PACE LAGREE equipment, you acknowledge that Lagree fitness and physical exercise involve inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle or joint injury, falls, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, equipment malfunction, and in rare cases, serious injury or death. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks associated with participation. In consideration of being permitted to participate, you hereby waive, release, and forever discharge PACE LAGREE, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability for injury, loss, or damage to person or property arising from participation, including claims arising from negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law. You represent that you are physically and medically able to participate and have not been advised by a medical professional to refrain from exercise. If, in the opinion of PACE LAGREE staff, your participation poses a risk, access may be denied until medical clearance is provided at your expense. PACE LAGREE instructors are not medical professionals, and no instruction or guidance provided during classes constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns prior to participation. PACE LAGREE may photograph or record clients during classes or within studio facilities. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the use of such images or recordings for marketing or promotional purposes without compensation. Clients between the ages of 16 and 18 must have this waiver signed in person by a parent or legal guardian prior to participation. Parents or guardians agree to assume full responsibility for the minor’s participation and to waive and release PACE LAGREE on the minor’s behalf. Clients under the age of 16 are not permitted to attend classes. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PACE LAGREE from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from your participation, misconduct, violation of studio policies, or damage to property, to the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law. This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. If any portion of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. By registering online, signing electronically, checking an acknowledgment box, or attending class, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this waiver and acknowledge that you are giving up certain legal rights.

DISCLAIMERS

In no event shall PACE LAGREE be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, participation in classes, personal injury, loss of data, service interruptions, third-party conduct, or unauthorized access to personal information, to the fullest extent permitted by law. PACE LAGREE may update these terms at any time, and continued use of the website or studio constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
